Hong Kong born Coach Caitlin has been teaching gymnastics to children and young adults since 2013.

She first started learning gymnastics at the age of 4, competing in competitions around Hong Kong until moving to India at the age of 10.

In India Caitlin represented both her school and the State of Haryana in gymnastics, competing at regional and national competitions around the country.

She moved with her family to the UK at the age of 12 and joined a cheerleading club in York regularly competing in many national competitions around the UK, in both team, duet and solo events. Additionally at 14 Caitlin become a volunteer cheerleading coach at her club teaching all age groups until she left the UK in 2020.

In 2016 Caitlin started working at a newly established gymnastics club in York, where in the following years she gained all of her gymnastic coaching qualifications. By the time she left in 2020 to return to Hong Kong the club had established itself as the leader in the York region and Caitlin had become Joint Head of Gymnastics.

Level 3 UKG – Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Coach
Level 1 UKG – Trampoline Coach
NVQ Level 2 – Sports Activity Leadership
NVQ Level 2 – Strength and Conditioning Coach
First Aid Trained

Examples of Excellence:
– Represented the Indian State of Haryana in regional and national gymnastics competitions

– Received many gymnastics awards and medals during her time in India including gold for floor and vault.

– Achieved 1st place in many cheerleading & dance team competitions in the UK from the age of 12
