COMPETITIONS
- We run friendly competitions all year round in a wide variety of sports; Soccer, Swimming, Tennis and Gymnastics
- The purpose of these events is to encourage our students to practice the skills they have learned during our regular classes in a competitive environment. It gives everyone a chance to test their progress and allows us to identify the next steps in our progress sports programs.

Credits – If a class is cancelled by us for reasons such as bad weather or the coach is sick, we will offer you credits off your next set of classes you book with us. This will be given to you in the form of a coupon code at the end of term or upon request.
Make up classes – If you miss a class due to sickness, then you’re entitled to a maximum of 2 make up classes at the start of the next term. Absence from the class must be communicated at least 2 hours prior to the class either by notifying the coach in the class whatsapp group or by contacting proactiv sports via phone or email.
Weather – For all our outdoor venues, we will try our best to run the classes as scheduled. Classes will be cancelled in the event of heavy rain, thunder, and lightning. The decision will be made by the coach on the day, at the venue. We will notify you as soon as possible if there is a cancellation, via email. If a class is cancelled due to rain, we will offer you a credit.

The earlier, the better! Our Birthday slots get taken up quite quickly sometimes so best to do it as early as possible.
Maximum capacity will be for 24 pax for the birthday celebrant and his attendees comfort.
Yes. Parents are more than welcome to stay in the party room while their kids are doing the activities. We would encourage parents not to enter the activiy area as it can be quite distracting for the kids.
If you would like to just drop off your kids and come back later, that is another option too.
