All our staff has the qualifications and experience to deliver our progressive coaching curriculum for all our sports programs. All new team members must complete the Proactiv sports training course, irrelevant of experience and qualifications. This ensures consistency in all our classes.

Will is one of the founders of Sport4Kids (now ProActiv Sports) in Hong Kong and was the driving force behind bringing it to Singapore in 2014. Will obtained a degree in Sports Science and Health, from Dublin City University and has vast experience coaching children and adults of all level and abilities. Will is experienced at coaching in a wide variety of sports with a particular interest in Soccer, Basketball and Gaelic Football. He is also a very keen sportsman having represented Ireland in underage basketball and Gaelic Football.
Coach Monica has been coaching gymnastics to children and teenagers for nearly 15 years. She was a gymnast herself from the age of 7 until the age of 14, when she had to stop high-level training because of a knee problem.
She began coaching at the age of 15 and soon realised this was her real passion. At the age of 17 she obtained her level 2 coaching qualification in Italy and at the age of 25 she obtained her level 2 judging certification.
In 2014 she moved to Canada and gained experience at Cristina Bontas (double Olympic medals) gymnastics club, while there she had the opportunity to train gymnasts that was part of the Canadian National Team.
In April 2015 she became a coach and competitive supervisor in a new gymnastics club in Dubai.
Now in Hong Kong Monica hopes to bring her knowledge and experience to Gym4kids and help progress the children in our program.

Brainard was born and raised in the philippines. He Joined the swimming club at the age of 13 and started to compete representing both our school and city swimming team from 2002 until 2009. While in the team, he was an instructor for both beginners and advance. After he graduated, he worked as a data analyst for a couple of years. Even when he was working – he still teach swimming as a part time. He is also a fan of basketball especially NBA, He used to play with friends as our past time after work.
In 2019 – Brainard obtained his certification in first aid instructor course and PADI open water diver here in hong kong.

Born and raised in Scotland a former professional footballer player and fully qualified swimming instructor. Coach Sean has over 7 years of coaching experience and has previously coached in Singapore, Qatar and is now residing in Hong Kong. . He is a fully qualified Swimming instructor through Austswim and qualified football coach with Liverpool F.C.

Sean has worked at a number of International schools across Asia and middle east has designed swim programmes to help children gain confidence all the way through to competitive stroke and competing at a high level.

Coach Hesham has been coaching gymnastics for 8 years, to children of all ages from 5 to 12 years old. He studied in the Faculty of Physical Education and his speclalization was in artsitc gymnastics training, after his studies he attended competitions in his role as a coach.

Coach Monica has been professionally coaching RG for at most 2 years in both basic and competitive track, ranging from playgroup to senior gymnasts; while having 4 years of assistant coaching experience during her college years. She is a licensed professional teacher in Physical Education, a licensed FIG Brevet Judge in both Rhythmic Gymnastics Individual and Rhythmic Gymnastics Group (XIV Cycle) in 2018 and has recently obtained her FIG license in Rhythmic Gymnastics Coaching (Level 1) in 2019. Her career as a gymnast started in grade school, reaping various medals in regional to national level competition and participating in international competitions through high school and college.

Coach Emma has been coaching gymnastics for 6 years so far, to children of all ages from as young as 15 months. Emma used to be a gymnast herself competing in two piece floor and vault competitions. She trained in a small club up in the Highlands of Scotland then moved to the capital to study and found a club there to continue her coaching. Emma gained her level 2 coaching qualification in 2016 and has also achieved her level 2 pre-school coaching qualification more recently in 2017.

Hong Kong born Coach Caitlin has been teaching gymnastics to children and young adults since 2013.
She first started learning gymnastics at the age of 4, competing in competitions around Hong Kong until moving to India at the age of 10.
In India Caitlin represented both her school and the State of Haryana in gymnastics, competing at regional and national competitions around the country.
She moved with her family to the UK at the age of 12 and joined a cheerleading club in York regularly competing in many national competitions around the UK, in both team, duet and solo events. Additionally at 14 Caitlin become a volunteer cheerleading coach at her club teaching all age groups until she left the UK in 2020.
In 2016 Caitlin started working at a newly established gymnastics club in York, where in the following years she gained all of her gymnastic coaching qualifications. By the time she left in 2020 to return to Hong Kong the club had established itself as the leader in the York region and Caitlin had become Joint Head of Gymnastics.
